You can feel comfortable knowing that within seconds of your alarm reporting any untoward activity, one of our highly trained operators will assess and deal with the nature of the problem. Whether it be calling the site to confirm the exact nature of the emergency, through to sending out a patrol guard to investigate, or even sending out the Police, Fire Brigade or Ambulance.

The Control Room is staffed 24 hours per day, 7 days a week, giving added peace of mind that trained operators are responding to your needs whenever required.

Calls to the Control Room are answered live rather than by a queuing system.

The ratio of staff per monitored client is higher than any other Control Room.

Most insurance companies will give a discount on a monitored alarm system.

A detailed description of the event received will be explained to you by one of the Control Room staff.

Regardless of your availability there will always be action taken on alarm activities received.

All reported events to the Control Room are passed onto us so we are continually updated with the history of your security system.
